- The setup
cost charged at the time of onboarding is strictly non-refundable under any
circumstances.
- This fee covers administrative, technical, and operational costs incurred
during the initiation of service.
- A security
deposit may be collected as part of certain agreements.
- This deposit is refundable provided that:
- There are no chargebacks initiated
during the course of the agreement.
- All obligations as outlined in the
agreement have been fulfilled.
- If a
chargeback is received for any transaction linked to the client's account,then
it will be deducted from security deposit .
- Teja Finance reserves the right to deduct any outstanding dues or penalties
from the security deposit before issuing a refund, if applicable.
- Eligible refunds of the security deposit will be processed within

from the date of service termination and confirmation that no chargebacks have occurred.
When you do kyc for onboarding after doing the whole process there will be a visit from our company to your office set up then only you can start your work other then the setup coast will be refunded . onceits get rejected in the verification process you will get your refund within 24 hours .
