1. Raising a grievance
Customers and business users may contact Teja Finance regarding account access, onboarding, transactions, payment processing, settlements, refunds, technical issues or other platform-related concerns.
2. Information to provide
Please provide your registered contact details, relevant transaction or reference number, transaction date and amount, payment method and a clear description of the issue. Do not share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or API secrets.
3. First-level support
The first point of contact for a Teja Finance-related grievance is info@tejafinance.com. Retain transaction records, screenshots where appropriate and previous correspondence until the matter is resolved.
4. Investigation and external coordination
Resolution may require coordination with merchants, banks, payment gateways, payment aggregators, UPI participants, card networks or other service providers. Additional information may be requested where necessary to investigate the issue.
5. UPI customer grievances
For UPI transaction-status issues or UPI transaction complaints, customers should also use the complaint or grievance facility provided by their participating bank or UPI application and retain the complaint reference number.
6. Merchant UPI grievances
Merchants experiencing UPI transaction or settlement issues may also need to raise the matter with their acquiring bank or the relevant payment-processing partner, depending on the transaction flow.
7. Unauthorised banking transactions
If a user suspects an unauthorised electronic banking transaction, the user should promptly notify the bank or relevant payment provider through its official reporting channel. Delay in reporting may affect the treatment of customer liability under the applicable bank policy and regulatory framework.
8. Cyber financial fraud
For suspected cyber financial fraud in India, immediate reporting may be made through the National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in. Users should also promptly inform their bank or payment provider.
9. Preserve evidence
Users should preserve relevant transaction IDs, UTR or reference numbers, screenshots, SMS or email alerts, beneficiary details, dates, amounts and complaint acknowledgement numbers. Do not alter or delete potentially relevant records while a matter is being investigated.
10. Grievance status and escalation
Where a grievance depends on another bank, payment provider or external institution, the final resolution may depend on that institution's investigation and applicable dispute process. Users should retain every complaint and escalation reference for follow-up.
